Kevin D. Cauley is the founder of Kevin Cauley, P.C., located in Los Angeles, California. Focusing his practice on professional licensure and health law matters, he represents health care and other professionals throughout the state who are facing disciplinary or similar issues with respect to their medical, pharmaceutical, nursing, dental or physical therapist licenses. Mr. Cauley also provides defense counsel to professionals who have been charged with practicing without a license as well as with white collar offenses.

After graduating magna cum laude from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia, with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and business administration, Mr. Cauley remained in Atlanta and worked as a paralegal with a well-known law firm focusing on the defense of health care and other licensed professionals. Having developed a strong interest in this field, he then attended Southwestern University School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor. While in law school, Mr. Cauley served as the managing editor of the Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal, completed a public interest fellowship program at the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center and was honored for his scholastic achievements with the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence. Admitted to practice in California, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Along with his passion for defending the rights of licensed professionals, Mr. Cauley seeks to forge connections with fellow attorneys and keep abreast of current developments in his field through his active participation in several organizations. A member of the Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills bar associations, he is also a member of California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys, the Lesbian & Gay Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and The American Association of Nurse Attorneys.
